Lab trays are a perfect solution for storing smaller containers on your work bench or table. Use these small spill trays as an economical way to keep your workstation clean, tidy, and safe.
Our 5 gallon spill containment tray holds up to 5 gallons of liquid. Lab trays can be used for many different purposes but is the ideal size for any laboratory, testing station, medical or pharmacy facility. HDPE plastic laboratory trays fit perfectly on the counter top in your lab. The wall side of this tray is only 2 inches which just the right height when dealing with small containers. For years this has been our top selling containment lab tray.
This utility lab tray is an affordable way to contain small spills. Made of hi-density polyethylene plastic. These spill containment trays fit inside each other so you can have plenty on hand for when you need them without taking up valuable storage space. Place on storage shelves to contain any possible leaks. Use it with our absorbent pillows or absorbent pads to help you eliminate clean up.
Our newest models of lab trays (A1060LTU and A1061LTU) look like mini spill pallets because they have removable grates. High density polyethylene trays are designed to be used in labs, research and medical facilities for storage and decanting of bottles, lab-ware and beakers.
The all polyethylene construction of the mini spill pallets makes it compatible with most chemicals. Check our HDPE plastic laboratory tray compatibility using the link below.
A unique feature of this product is it has a built-in pouring spout to making the removal of spilled liquids easy. The grates are also removable for easy cleaning.
Although not a containment tray, we have added our table top lab spill containment dike as another containment option. Made of urethane it bends to form any shape. It is 3/4 of an inch in height, is non-absorbing and is very easy to clean up. After use be sure to clean the berm and store it in its original packaging or you can purchase a container below. It is important to properly store this product because urethane can be affected by UV rays (store out of sunlight) and will stick together.
As always we are here to help. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions about HDPE Plastic Laboratory Trays.
