Product Information

Our selection of ground mount delineators includes round delineator tube and cone styles. The two-piece designs include LDPE upper stems with a delineator base of recycled rubber in a variety of ballasting weight options. Choose from a number of different high visibility reflective sheeting collar options.

Their slim profile design is ideal for traffic control applications to safely direct motorists and pedestrians. Use them as safety barriers around road construction zones and other hazards. Flexible delineator posts and cones minimize damage to vehicles in the event of contact.

Types of delineators and their uses

Versatile traffic delineator posts and cones offer many uses and safety applications. Reflective collars come in a number of styles to ensure high-intensity visibility at night. Choose between standard high performance and diamond grade reflectivity.

We offer delineator posts and cones in standard orange as well as other colors by special order. Yellow or white delineators are common choices for traffic flow and guidance uses. Clip-on traffic signs with standard legends or messaging are also available as custom orders.

Set up as traffic channelizers and to delineate road lane closures when striping or resurfacing. Deploy flexible delineator posts or cones for pedestrian, parade, or crowd control. Use them to cordon off and enclose narrow work areas. Place in high congestion areas like parking lots for traffic control solutions. Warn of hazards including speed bumps, water or flooding, tree trimming, and construction zones.

Easy grip delineator tubes and cones

These 2-piece delineator channelizers have a durable, low density polyethylene (LDPE) construction. A built-in grab handle top allows for easy grip and placement. UV inhibitors protect the bright orange color from fading. They are available in 28in and 42in heights with ballasting rubber bases. The 100% recycled rubber bases minimize tipping and are replaceable. Cone bases come in 10lb, 16lb and 30lb weights while the tube bases have 8lb, 12lb and 18lbs options.

Choose from cone or tube designs featuring comfortable, easy-grip handles to aid lifting and transport. The grip top design creates an easy way to tie-off caution tape for setting up a temporary hazard barrier. It also prevents delineators from sticking together - they easily stack for storage with or without the base in place. Molded in shoulders and wide flange bottoms on the delineator stems provide structural support.

NCHRP 350 approved, these delineator posts and cones use a flexible LDPE material. They rebound so are easy to reshape and redeploy after vehicle impact. Recess areas on the delineator stems protect reflective collars from scratch damage. Tie on caution tape or loop an optional retractable bar on the top of stems to set up a simple barrier.

The 42in cone has an optional keyhole slot for mounting traffic signs or plastic barricade panels in 2, 3, 4 and 6 foot lengths. This model also has a light mount hole below the handle. A bolt protector recess enables you to securely attach an optional high visibility LED light.

Stem grab handle delineator tube

An additional grab handle in the stem base enhances our standard 2-piece easy grip delineator tube design. It is available in 42in height only with 8lb, 12lb and 18lbs base weight options. Bases are made of 100% recycled rubber.

The convenient stem grab hole offers easy handling and placement of these portable delineators. This slot also accepts optional retractable bars to set up a temporary barrier. Set up the top rail by looping the telescoping bar over the tube stem.

These handle delineators are available with three or four inch reflective band collars. Extremely cost effective, it is easy to replace rubber delineator bases or stems in the event of damage.

Loop handle traffic delineator posts and cones

Our stackable loop handle cone and tube orange delineators come in 42in heights. They are made of flexible low density polyethylene with UV inhibitors to prevent the fluorescent color from fading. The two-piece design has recycled rubber bases in 10lb, 16lb or 30lb ballasting weights that drop over the stem.

Reinforced loop handles enable crews to easily move and place these surface mount cones and tubes. A large flange at the base of the stem keeps the base in place. The robust construction means these cones will not stick together or distort during stacking. These portable delineators stack with our without the bases attached.

A built-in mount hole below the handle accepts standard or "D" cell barricade lights. They are also compatible with clip on signs and telescoping barrier bars. Various sheeting patterns and reflective grades are available by custom order. Also contact us about special orders of white, black, yellow or lime colors.

These traffic safety products meet Federal MUTCD standards and are NCHRP 350 approved.

Roof safety delineator cones

Our roof edge delineator meets OSHA 1926.502 for roof warning line systems. The 39" yellow cones feature a durable LDPE construction and 30lb rectangular base made of rubber. The 2-piece surface mount design comes as individual cone and base components, or complete units. Drop the base over the cone for quick set up. The cones stack with or without bases.

A contractor bundle with 17 complete delineators plus 105 foot long flag line is also available. This bundle is ready to raise to your roof with a fast install.
